We had a brilliant stay on Saturday for an 8 night stay.

The views at this town hotel where magnificent! The breakfast was complimentary, with very professional staff and a great selection of food. Greatly enjoyed our stay, and totally recommend the venue.

The hotel was a lovely base for enjoying a nice area, with convenient amenities nearby. the suite was appreciated, and I wouldn't mind spending the whole day there. - the staff was professional and responsive. - the breakfast offered was gorgeous with lots of food. - the central location was a plus.

i had good food for breakfast with wide assortment. very well decorated and well-equipped room with very comfortable bed, large tv, i had everything needed.

The location here makes it convenient to visit a public market.

This place has a fantastic location near an ice hockey museum and is situated in a very comfortable area close to TTC transport and the waterfront area, which is a bonus.

The location was perfect for attending a hockey game at the ACC. The hotel's art décor is peaceful and relaxing. The room had a chic and newly renovated design. The pillows were incredibly fluffy and comfortable. There are convenient restaurants nearby and a bus for transportation.

The value for money at Novotel was excellent, with a clean and modern room. The location was perfect, within walking distance of popular attractions and dining spots. The staff, especially Sherif at check-in, were friendly, helpful, and professional.

The room was very spacious and the TV was a great size. The location of the hotel was a short walk to many attractions in the city. One advantage was the free and fast Wi-Fi that was provided.

Additionally, the housekeeping service was lacking, as our room went three days without being cleaned even after we requested it. There is room for improvement in these areas.
